Original files
Identical files within one workspace share one stored original. Downloads return the original bytes. Files are not deduplicated between different customers
Temporary copies
PDF previews of Office files are kept for up to seven days after the last view. The cache is limited to 128 MB per workspace and cleaned automatically
Archive and backup
Archiving preserves the original and history and can be reversed. Service files are hosted on a server in Kazakhstan. Archiving does not replace backups
