Data processed

Contact enquiries, email, account details, verified certificate holder name, IIN, BIN and organisation name, employee roles, billing details, documents, signatures and activity records. When file signing is selected, the key file and password are also processed temporarily for the selected operation only

Purposes

Identity and access management, document operations, signature verification, billing, preparation of completion certificates and electronic invoices, support and abuse prevention. Advertising is not enabled automatically

Access and recipients

Workspace access follows roles. Link recipients receive only authorised content. QR verification pages show necessary signature details with masked IINs.

Storage

Operational personal data databases and documents are hosted on a PS.kz server in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Retention must be tied to purposes and mandatory requirements

Your rights

Contact the operator to request access, correction, restriction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Identity, authority and mandatory retention grounds will be checked. Cross-border transfers require a separate lawful-basis review. Material changes are published with a new version

Registration and enquiries

The first step temporarily stores your email, a protected password hash and consent. Incomplete registrations are removed after 20 minutes. Enquiries store your name, company, email, phone, message and consent; administrators can access them and the configured email service receives them for notification

Mobile signature

When you choose a key file, the .p12 file and password are sent over HTTPS to the NIIT server for the selected operation only. They are not written to the database, logs or backups; the temporary key file is held in memory and removed after the operation. For QR signing, the NIIT service exchanges the registration request or selected document and signature directly with eGov Mobile / Business. The private key stays in the app when using QR. NIIT independently verifies every signature on its server
